Do you take cards?
We now take both cash and card.
Do we need to book in advance?
No. Tickets are sold on a ‘walk-up’ basis only.
How long is the journey?
Typically, from buying your ticket, boarding, your train ride and disembarking is around 10 minutes. During busy periods, this may be slightly longer.
Is there an age limit?
No, we carry both adults and children.
Do you operate in the rain and bad weather?
Where possible, we will always remain open, albeit with a reduced (possible diesel-operated) service. Our Facebook and Twitter pages would display the latest service status.
